Service Description

BGM Finder Online is a free tool that identifies background music in videos by using AI-powered vocal separation and audio fingerprint matching. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Fair Use

• Maximum 5 identification requests per hour per user
• Maximum 3 rechecks per identification job
• Maximum file upload size: 25MB
• The service analyzes the first ~60 seconds of audio
• Automated/bot usage is not permitted

No Guarantees

Song identification accuracy depends on audio quality, music catalog coverage, and the clarity of the background music. We do not guarantee that every song will be identified correctly or at all.

Content Not Stored

Uploaded files and extracted audio are processed temporarily and deleted within 30 minutes. We do not store, redistribute, or share your content.

Service Availability

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to high traffic, maintenance, or resource limits. Deep AI analysis (vocal separation) may be paused during high-traffic periods and resume automatically.

Intellectual Property

This service is designed for personal, non-commercial music identification. All identified songs, album art, and streaming links belong to their respective rights holders. We do not claim ownership of any identified content.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
